Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Advanta, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. This is a template summary — review it with counsel before relying on it for production.

You are responsible for activity on your account and for inviting team members with the appropriate roles (Owner, Admin, Office, Technician, View-only). You agree to keep credentials secure.

You may not use Advanta to collect or send unlawful, deceptive, or abusive content, to violate others’ rights, or to interfere with the service. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter.

Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. Managed-plan pricing is custom and agreed separately. Advertising spend and third-party service fees are billed separately by their providers and are not included in your Advanta subscription.

Advanta is a tool. We do not guarantee any volume of leads, ad performance, bookings, or revenue, and we are not responsible for the outcome of your campaigns or follow-ups. You are responsible for complying with advertising and consumer-protection laws applicable to your outreach.

Connections to third-party services (for example Slack, Google, or Stripe) are governed by those providers’ terms as well as these terms. We are not responsible for their availability or behavior.

Advanta and its software are owned by us and licensed to you on a non-exclusive basis for the term of your subscription. You retain ownership of the business data you enter.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

You can cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that create risk to the service.

We may update these terms and will post the revised date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
